Kayla incorporates a range of modalities, including:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
• ARC - Attachment-Based using Circle of Security, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Emotion Coaching
• Child-Parent Psychotherapy for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers

Kayla is a trained Brainspotting Practitioner in Connecticut. Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapy that helps children gently process and release stored trauma and emotional distress by accessing deeper parts of the brain through visual focus and attunement. Rooted in attachment and guided by play, this approach supports the brain and body in doing the healing work—gently, safely, and at their pace. Each session is crafted with empathy, structure, and creativity—helping children feel seen, safe, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.
