Individualized child play-based, relational therapy for children ages 3–10 navigating:

We help children learn emotional literacy, coping strategies, and self-regulation skills — while supporting parents in reinforcing these tools at home.
*Please note that Little Seeds Counseling does not support the diagnosis of Opposational Defiance Disorder (ODD). Young childrens behaviors are best understood through a developmental and attachment lens—signaling distress, unmet needs, or lagging regulation skills rather than intentional defiance.
Parent coaching, Attunement & Attachment
Gentle, grounded guidance for parents wanting to build secure relationships and confident, emotionally resilient kids.
We focus on:

*Strengthening parent-child attachment & emotional connection
*Understanding & responding to challenging behaviors with compassion
*Supporting kids through big feelings, stress, and trauma
*Learning co-regulation & nervous-system-based parenting tools
*Creating a structured yet nurturing home environment
This work blends brain-based parenting education, attachment science, and practical, everyday strategies — helping you parent with confidence, calm, and clarity.
Parent Workshops
A supportive space for learning, healing, and growing alongside other parents.
Topics include:
*Conscious & attachment-focused parenting
*Breaking intergenerational cycles
*Co-regulation and nervous-system parenting
*Parenting through triggers and childhood wounds
*Raising emotionally intelligent kids
Each group blends education, reflection, and practical tools — rooted in compassion and community. A variety group formats are offered on a rotating 5 week basis. All groups are closed groups, meaning the same participants joing weekly for the duration of the 5 weeks.
$150/person for 5 week session.
